Policy Notes

Partner Solutions Team bookings will count towards your core target as follows:

Public bookings

Recognised based on date of delivery.
Where margin is less than 33%, the £'s margin achieved will count towards your core target.
Where margin is 33% or greater, 75% of the full delivered value will count towards your core target.
Commission will not be paid on PS public bookings charged above RRP, unless with prior approval from HoS.

Onsites

Where margin is less than 33% (i.e. markup less than 49.3%), the £s;'s margin achieved will count towards your core target.
Where margin is 33% or greater (i.e. mark-up more than 49.3%), 75% of the full delivered value will count towards your core target.

IBM / SAP

75% of the full delivered value for IBM / SAP courses will count toward your core target when sold at list price (RRP) less 5% for public bookings.

Oracle

Oracle (QA or Oracle delivered) will count towards target at full invoiced value, at point of invoice.
The Sales Invoice report will include these bookings as 'core' invoiced revenue; manual adjustment only required for pure Oracle associate licenses, or Oracle Learning Credits.
Oracle SL rates and Oracle PS bookings, in line with QA Discount Guide, should be at no more than 10% discount.

Other notes

Recognition for any PS revenue will not be attributable to more than one salesperson, and split where appropriate.
Excludes bookings invoiced prior to 28th May 2010, and therefore commission paid under previous PS scheme(s).
Replaces previous 1% PS commission scheme.
